BCHB 607 - Research Applications: Biotech
This course will give students an opportunity to expand their Biotechnology Laboratory Skills beyond the basic level introduced in BCHB-507, 508. Students will apply common biotechnology techniques used in research. They will also receive “hands on” experience in advanced laboratory techniques that includes gene cloning, protein expression and purification, protein assays, cell culture, flow cytometry, qPCR and ELISA.
Permission of the Instructor Required.
Prerequisites: Molecular biology laboratory experience

Levels: MN or MC Graduate
Schedule Types: Lecture
