EHSY 648 - Financial Management II
The concept of integrating operational and strategic planning into a strategic financial plan is
developed, as administrative applications of economic and financial concepts are applied to
support strategic and financial goals. This course focuses on applying financial analytical
procedures such as financial statement ratio analysis; revenue and expense forecasting
(budgeting); credit worthiness determination; break-even analysis and working capital
management in a variety of health care settings. Practical applications of corporate finance will
be explored through intensive case analyses of real-world situations.
