GOVT 443 - Russian Foreign Policy
This course focuses on Russian foreign policy since the Soviet collapse. Topics covered include: the legacy of the Cold War and how it ended; domestic sources of Russian foreign policy; U.S-Russian relations; Russia’ s relations with Europe; Sino-Russian relations and Russia as an Asian power; Russian energy and geopolitics; Russia in the Middle East; Russia’s relations with its neighbors and future scenarios for Vladimir Putin’s fourth Presidency.
