MARK 584 - Product Management
In the modern business enterprise creating value through effective product development, optimization and management is a vital executive responsibility. Successful product management executives transform a fledgling product or two into viable, value generating businesses. A company that thrives on effective product management harnesses the power of marketing to fuel the transformation of ideas into viable brands, of customer curiosity into brand loyalty. Effective product management quickly crosses the bridge between competitive pricing and inherent product value to build brands that capture customer imaginations and grow revenues over a long life cycle, sustaining healthy profits. 

This course is designed for teaching key aspects of product management to aspiring executives in a competitive industry. It exposes students to a variety of challenges faced by a product management executive in a modern business enterprise. Through the application of proven principles, creative, conceptual thinking, rigorous analyses and hands-on customer facing actions, students are expected to ready themselves for taking on the exciting and demanding role of a product management executive.
