When misinformation spreads faster than viruses, how can leaders protect against the next Ebola, SARS and MERS? How can the media be harnessed as a tool to protect against threats to national security instead of functioning as a network that spreads dangerous messages? This class looks at scientific, technological and health threats to national security and the role of the media in fueling and foiling crises.
