Key topics of This course will focus on the dynamics of entry and the impact of global competition, the strategic dynamics of competitive markets, the primary sources of competitive advantage (local and global), managing competitive interactions through cooperation and preemption, bargaining situations, the impact of information distribution, financial implications of strategic economics. \ The emphasis of the course is on the ability to apply a small number of principles effectively and creatively, not on the mastery of detailed aspects of theory.
