UNXD 356 - Intentional Work
: In this course, students will begin by understanding what their own definition of “success” is, and what ingredients are necessary to achieve it. It also encourages them to be intentional as they make career and life choices so that those choices are congruent with their individual definitions of success. Taking students beyond the career exploration and job search process, Intentional Work: Meaning and Performance in the 21st Century Workplace helps them hone skills that are critical to advancement and satisfaction in the working world.
