Entrepreneurial thinkers change the world. This course teaches skills and bodies of knowledge relevant to an entrepreneurial way of thinking, from lean startup methodology to exploring market conditions and audience. We’ll do this through projects, case studies, experiential exercises, and guest lectures by entrepreneurial leaders. Topics include designing, implementing, scaling, and evaluating innovation strategies; systems thinking; decision making under risk; methods for influencing individuals' and organizations' behavior; human-centered design; and how to build a culture that embraces challenge.
